2015 Retreat!

The time has come once again; Life is taking over and I need a bit of a break. So I will be taking another retreat.

“What is a retreat?”

Basically, I will be completely offline for the next couple of months. This means:

No Twitch Stream.
No Steam. (see below for more info)
No Origin.
No Betas/Alphas/Technical tests.
No Texting. (Unless urgent)
No Snapchat.
No Facebook. (see below for more info)
No Twitter. (see below for more info)
No Email. (Unless urgent)
No Teamspeak.
Few/Nonexistent online interaction.

“Wait, so you’re going offline forever?”

I do this every year or so, and it usually lasts 3-5 months tops. This time, it will last less than 2 months, or until I finish everything that needs to get done.

However, this doesn’t mean I will stop working. In fact, the reason I am taking this “break”, is to work. I am currently working (and will continue working) on the almost finished “From Silver to Eagle 2: The Science of Practice” and “From Silver to Eagle Official Video Guide”. I will also be working on perfecting my fitness and mental levels, for college and for my incoming enlistment in the military. I want to focus on these things without any distractions from gaming, etc.

“But what if I have any questions?”

I will still be on the computer, just not actively chatting like I usually do. I will appear offline 24/7. I will still answer messages, but instead of answering in less than 24 hours, I will be answering not as frequently.

I will still check my Facebook, Twitter, Steam, and all other social media, every now and then, but my priorities are set on my tasks at-hand. 🙂

“I will miss you though <3”

I will miss you guys too, but I will not be gone for too long, and it’s not like I am leaving forever. I am just taking time to focus on what’s important and get stuff done so I can relax once again and enjoy doing what I love. Also, I will be still “online” checking messages and helping people. A lot can happen in 2 months and I don’t want to let things get out of hand without me knowing about it, both online and offline. 🙂
