For all of those who may not know, a couple of weeks ago, I was messaged by a reader/student that my non-profit guide titled “From Silver to Eagle” was plagiarized and the perpetrator was not only illegally copying my work of 2 years, but he was also receiving money by spamming links to donate items and money (all located in a nice section titled “THROW MONEY AT THE AUTHOR” may I add). Immediately I contacted Valve about the issue and told them I wouldn’t press charges if the person cooperated and agreed to take down the content. They offered to help and I filed a DMCA Copyright Case which they have reviewed. Well today, I am happy to announce that justice has prevailed and the item was taken down as of this morning.

The From Silver to Eagle Guide Series was created by me in order to help the community improve, not to get money. I have not received a single penny from any of my work of two years, nor do I wish to gain any. My only goal is to provide people with a new, more challenging, experience of competitive counter-strike by providing the resources they will require to improve upon themselves, and I will continue to do this for free and to anyone, in any language. Let this be an example to all other people who wish to get advantage of my work. Not only is my work protected by the law, but it’s more importantly protected by me. The From Silver To Eagle Guide prevails and will remain this way until I can no longer breathe.
In other news, the From Silver To Eagle will receive a new sequel which has been appropriately titled “From Silver To Eagle: The Science of Practice” and will provide the reader with scientific and psychological data on how the brain learns and how you can use this to learn anything. From no-french to intermediate french in 2 months, or learning the spray of a gun to a pixel, the guide will help you understand how to learn and how you can use certain techniques during practice. I will also provide you guys with examples of certain unique techniques and exercises I do to help improve my practice, my precision, and my intuition. 🙂 Stay tuned for further news.

Lol well all translations are from volunteers, I will have to ask them how the process is going. 🙂 Maybe some even forgot about it. 😀 I will never back out on you! 😉 I am trying to stream every weekend, but sometimes, I cannot. 🙂 Hopefully this weekend.

Did he get fined?
He did not get fined as far as I know. He was forced to take the material down and also got a warning on his Steam Profile. I don’t think he got more punishment than that. Although seeing a big DMCA Copyright Email with lots of federal logos sure scared him enough to not try it again. 🙂
